The NordTick conference is committed to bring young scientists and senior researchers together to discuss their current research and build informal networks that may lead to fruitful collaboration and scientific achievements.
The first NordTick conference was at Örenäs Castle, Sweden, in 2016. In April 2018, the second conference was held in Mariehamn, Åland. In May 2020 the third NordTick was to be held in Norway. Due to the Covid-19 situation the third conference was postponed to 2021. We now welcome you back to Sweden and Örenäs Castle.
Right now, we are planning NordTick 2021 to be a hybrid event, with sessions taking place on-site in Sweden and on-line. The conference will be broadcasted on a dedicated electronic platform which open possibilities for you to participate either on site or virtually. In the submission form you can select your preferred format.
We will open the registration site later this year.
The conference will consist of several scientific sessions covering different aspects in the area. All participants are encouraged to submit contributions to the conference, either for oral presentation or poster. There will be key note lectures, short oral presentations and posters.
Official language is English.

Built by sugar beet pioneer Carl Tranchell, Örenäs Slott was completed in 1918. Today it is one of the biggest conference facilities in Skåne, and the only one with a Baroque castle.
