Call for abstracts 
December 18th - March 21st  

The conference will include a number of scientific sessions covering different aspects in the area. All participants are encouraged to submit contributions to the conference, either for oral presentation or as a poster. Submitted abstracts will be
reviewed by the members of the scientific committee and authors will be notified by email.

How do I submit?

In the registration form, please let us know the title of your abstract and if you prefer to present orally or by a poster. The abstract itself should be sent by email to no later than March 21st 2021. This also applies to you who submitted abstracts to the cancelled conference 2020

Notification of acceptance or rejection of the abstract will be sent to all authors no later than April 18th 2021.


  • Abstracts should be submitted in English, contain a maximum of 400 words, 12 pt Times New Roman and be saved as a pdf. Please use the following template: (link)
  • Please let us know when you submit your abstract to which session you would like it to be connected (see the scientific program)
  • The scientific committee reserves the right to change the preferred form of presentation (oral or poster).
  • All scientific contributions will be broadcasted digitally during the conference. By submitting your contribution, you also agree to let the organisers  publish the information virtually. The conference  will not be recorded.
  •  During the conference we will arrange a virtual poster presentation. For this we wolid like all poster authors,  to   produce a short power point presentation (not more then 3 slides). This presentation will also be posted on the   meetings site closer to the conference. More instructions will follow.
